Sanjay Dutt can fly abroad!

The Supreme Court allows Sanjay Dutt to fly abroad
to undertake shooting of around half a dozen of his films for over six months. A
bench of Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan, Justice Arijit Pasayat and Justice P
Sathasivam ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to release Dutt’s
passport to enable him undertake his foreign trips. The bench of judges also
made sure that Dutt should submit his passport to the CBI latest by January 10,
2010 after his return.Senior counsel and former additional solicitor general
Mukul Rohtagi appeared on behalf of Dutt and told the court that his client has
six films lined for shooting abroad.


The films which are on hold include All the Best,
The Fun Begins, No Problem, Double Dhamaal, Sankee, and Indian and shootings are
scheduled between June 10 and December 31, 2009 in South Africa and
Canada.
