Big B sings for ad!

Amitabh Bachchan has sung for Navratna oil, his
first time ever for an ad film.To be aired shortly, the ad is directed by Sujoy
Ghosh of Jhankar Beats, with Vishal-Shekhar as music director. Bachchan, brand
ambassador of the brand, has not only lent his voice to the latest ad jingle for
its Re 1 sachet, but has also contributed to its composition.

The film has been conceptualised and executed by
Mudra Communications.Big B reportedly spent hours in the studio providing inputs
on composition, tuning etc, with Vishal-Shekhar. Mr Aakash Neil Dasgupta, Group
Head (Copy), Mudra Communications, who wrote the song in the TVC, said
Bachchan’s energy level was amazing.

He added, “I have worked with Mr Bachchan on a
number of occasions, but never noticed this kind of energy level. The film was
complete in a fortnight including two days of shooting. It was a fabulous
experience.”
