In a statement to the media, the actor says that it was lovely working with his beautiful leading lady again. On hearing that their pairing is rather unconventional, Akshay Kumar expresses surprise at the fact that no filmmaker ever thought of casting the two together after Khakee.

And though Aishwarya Rai may appear larger than life to the common audience, the actor says that she is not the diva that she is usually thought to be! Stressing on the fact that the duo share a very good rapport, Akshay Kumar says that Aishwarya Rai throws no tantrums whatsoever and it was fun to be with her on the sets of Action Replayy.
The actors will be seen playing retro couples in their upcoming Diwali release, and the songs and costumes used in Action Replayy have already earned rave reviews from the viewers across the country.
