New Delhi, (IANS) After giving back-to-back hits like "Namastey London", "Partner" and "Race", Katrina Kaif has high hopes from her next venture "Singh is Kinng".

"I am hoping high for this film - not only is it an important film for me but also because it's director Vipul Shah's first film as a producer and I know how much that would mean to him," Katrina said in a statement.

Directed by Aneez Bazmi, the movie is a romantic comedy about a troublesome do-gooder who overcomes all odds with his positive attitude and human dignity. Katrina teams up with Akshay Kumar in the film. The duo churned out two hits last year - "Namastey London" and "Welcome".

Her other release slated this year is a musical extravaganza "Yuvraj" with real life beau Salman Khan. She will also be seen in Rajkumar Santoshi's "Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani" where she teams up with Ranbir Kapoor.
